The Regional Learning Manager will partner with the Regional, Chapter, and Assistant Learning Officers, to help design and develop transformational learning experiences. Provide consultative and advising services to these officers and across YPO portfolios to strengthen learning objectives and outcomes within all YPO events, meetings, retreats, or training. The Regional Learning Manager will represent the Learning & Insights team portfolio of Mentoring, Officer Education, and Executive Education with the promotion of various programs, products, services, and in-person or virtual content.


• Build and manage relationships with all Regional Learning Officers, Chapter Learning Officers, Chapter Assistant Learning Officers, Chapter Managers, and other member champions within the designated YPO regions.
• As part of the Center of Excellence (COE) model, effectively collaborate with regional team members regarding chapter and regional learning experiences.
• Partner with officers in all stages of their champion journey: from onboarding to submitting summaries of accomplishments for the duration of their role.
• Provide advisory services to Regional and Chapter officers, which may include strategic planning sessions, frequent check-ins on the planning and execution phases of learning calendars and providing alternative solutions/coverage in the instance a plan fails.
• Recommend the best resource(s), determine the best way to deliver the experience, provide guidance around shaping the member experiences with strong content, and determine the flow of sessions to deliver the most take-home value.
• Collaborate with regional officers to co-create regional initiatives and regional learning goals that align to the International Learning Committee’s goals.
• As part of the Center of Excellence (COE) model, effectively collaborate with regional team members regarding chapter and regional learning experiences.
• Establish strategic and action-oriented plans to achieve the goals, while taking the lead on providing status updates on these goals at the appropriate time and through the appropriate channels, such as representation at Regional Board Meetings and/or at Strategic Planning Meetings.
• Embody the Center of Excellence (COE) model, collaborate effectively with key stakeholders in other departments to provide consulting services, and share best practices and developments for continual improvement of services and processes.
• Provide logistics support for meetings and trainings, such as daily planning and coordinating schedules, maintaining contracts and budget, coordinating travel, and providing updates on all aspects as required by some regions.
• Utilize tools and resources such as Salesforce, Chapter Preference Survey, Chapter Health Metrics to help officers determine needs of their chapters / regions / stakeholders so they may make data-driven decisions to provide best-in-class opportunities for peer-to-peer learning.
• Support the design and delivery of training workshops both at the Regional and International levels as they arise.


• Superior relationship building, with the level of professionalism and stature necessary to interact easily with YPO members, C-level executives, high-profile speakers, experts, and faculty.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, navigate, and engage a global network of top-tier Executives, strategic partners, educational institutions, consultants, and experts, as well as take the lead on key decisions when necessary.
• Outstanding listening, verbal, written, and presentation skills that allow the individual to understand, translate, articulate, and execute member need.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in the development and implementation of learning solutions.
• Familiarity with program and content design for adult audiences, including adult learning methodologies and learning modalities.
• Ability to be proactive in achieving desired outcomes, being comfortable with creating processes and structures.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a multi-cultural organization with international members and demonstrable sensitivity and awareness of cultural differences.
• Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and an ability to develop new programs and processes, as well as an ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and deliver with clarity.


• 5+ years of experience in global business, consulting, or learning and development field.
• Proven experience and knowledge of the executive and corporate education arena highly desirable.


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (required) and CRM software (preferred)


• Extensive travel required (regional and international)
